Purpose of the Association is the preservation and reconstruction of historical buildings in Frankfurt am Main and the support of monument protection.
Furthermore to strengthen the awareness of history via media, e.g. lectures, readings, viewings, excursions and exhibitions and promote the issue of publications. It places special value on communicating the history of the City Frankfurt am Main and cultivating regional customs, particularly the Frankfurt dialect.
